The Optics Fabrication team is dedicated to producing precision optical components for our DUV and EUV lithography systems.

Our optical systems are integral to various internal functions, including wafer alignment, wafer leveling, inspection, stage measurement, reticle manipulation, and metrology assessments.

Job Overview


This senior-level engineering role will support vacuum coating and etching processes by collaborating closely with fellow process engineers, technicians, machine operators, product development teams, and safety personnel.

The equipment portfolio encompasses a wide array of vacuum technologies, including PVD, IAD, PECVD, and RIE.

Minimum Qualifications

Education
BS in an engineering discipline or equivalent industry experience is required.

Experience
- 15+ years in optical or semiconductor manufacturing roles
- Extensive knowledge of vacuum systems and maintenance
- Proficiency with various thin film evaporation technologies
- Familiarity with PLCs and machine controls
- Advanced troubleshooting capabilities for mechanical, electrical, and software-related challenges
