Position Overview
The primary function of this role is to deliver high-level administrative support to multiple Managing Directors and a team of investment professionals within the Credit Solutions division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manage calendars, contacts, and tasks using Microsoft Office; coordinate both internal and external meetings, ensuring all logistical details are meticulously handled.
  • Arrange intricate domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and dining reservations, while proactively addressing any travel-related issues that may arise.
  • Handle expense reports with precision, ensuring timely reimbursements and adherence to company policies.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as preparing correspondence, organizing files, and maintaining databases.
  • Facilitate the preparation and distribution of presentation materials, ensuring all necessary resources are available for meetings and travel.
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure all audio/visual equipment is operational prior to meetings.
  • Manage office supplies and assist with special projects as required, while maintaining confidentiality in all sensitive matters.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a corporate environment supporting senior executives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with knowledge of CRM systems being advantageous.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic work environment.

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation for this position is competitive and reflects the high standards of the industry. In addition to a base salary, the successful candidate will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including retirement plans, health insurance, and various wellness initiatives. Participation in an annual discretionary incentive program may also be available, based on individual and organizational performance.
