Benefits

Full-time position with a 40-hour workweek, variable shift pattern. Benefits include paid holidays, PTO, health insurance, and a uniform.

Education and Experience

High school diploma or GED required. Associate degree in hospitality, business, communications, or a related field preferred. One year of experience in healthcare service, customer, or patient-facing role required. One year of work experience in patient scheduling and/or call center preferred.

Travel and Physical Requirements

Occasional travel between offices required. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
