Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Business Development Manager to join our team at WOTM - Partners Professional. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious sales professional to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, drive revenue growth, and lead new account penetration.

About the Role

The Sales Business Development Manager will be responsible for leading opportunities through the sales cycle, including prospecting, opening new accounts, and account management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and outreach efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sales solutions that meet client needs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
