Insurance Business Development Representative

We are seeking a dynamic Insurance Business Development Representative to join our team at Armen Bubushyan - State Farm Agent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.

Salary & BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $45,000 per year, plus commission/bonus. As a State Farm agent employee, you will receive hourly pay plus the opportunity to earn bonuses based on your performance.
Job Responsibilities- Develop leads and schedule appointments with potential customers.
- Identify customer needs and market appropriate insurance products and services.
- Establish strong relationships with customers and follow up as needed.
