Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Greet and assist donors while ensuring their safety.
  • Manage Medical History Records: Screen donors, record vital signs, and maintain accurate donor information.
  • Promote Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement operational enhancements.
  • Foster Supportive Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean and efficient work environment.
  • Demonstrate Dependability: Be available for various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Learn Phlebotomy Skills: Gain knowledge in operating advanced plasmapheresis equipment.

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is necessary. Candidates must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 32 lbs. Experience in a customer service-oriented role is preferred.
