Job Overview
Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Schedule flexibility may be required based on departmental needs.

Compensation:

Starting pay is $19.32 per hour, with consideration for relevant work experience in determining the initial salary.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Patient Scheduling Specialist, you will:
  • Leverage your outstanding customer service abilities to arrange appointments through phone, in-person, or electronic communication.
  • Enhance the patient experience by simplifying the appointment scheduling process across various locations with a single call.
  • Assist patients and their families with their scheduling requirements.
  • Make proactive calls to patients to confirm and schedule appointments.
  • Collaborate with clinic personnel to ensure timely and appropriate patient care.

Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field.

Experience:
Minimum:
  • At least one year of experience in an office or customer service setting.

Preferred:
  • Experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Prior experience in patient scheduling.
  • Familiarity with phone etiquette and in-person client interactions.
