Position Overview:
This is a full-time role, requiring a commitment of 1.0 FTE. Work hours will be organized Monday through Friday, typically between 7:00 AM and 3:30 PM, with potential variations based on departmental needs.
Join a Leading Healthcare Provider
We are in search of a Patient Access Representative who is bilingual to assist in registering and scheduling appointments, particularly for our Spanish-speaking patients.
  • Responsibilities include: Updating patient registration details and insurance information.
  • Collecting necessary documents and payments upon patient arrival.

Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Preferred: Associate's Degree in Business or Finance

Experience:
Minimum
  • One (1) year of experience in a customer service role
  • Preferred: One (1) year of experience in healthcare, call center, business, finance, or insurance sectors
