Key Responsibilities:

  1. Make a positive first impression on all patients and visitors.
  2. Provide exemplary service to both internal and external stakeholders.
  3. Manage patient appointment scheduling through established protocols.
  4. Input and maintain protected health information accurately.
  5. Handle patient payments and ensure proper documentation.
  6. Operate a multi-line telephone system efficiently.
  7. Process, send, and organize medical records and sensitive documents.
  8. Prepare bank deposits and manage daily financial postings.
  9. Verify patient insurance benefits and facilitate pre-certifications.
  10. Communicate effectively with clinic personnel and billing departments regarding patient inquiries.
  11. Engage with referring providers and their staff to ensure seamless communication.
  12. Participate in ongoing training and attend team meetings.
  13. Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  14. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Compensation: $16.50/hr
