About the Role

As a Strategic Account Manager on the Infobip team, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and driving sales growth in your assigned market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Requirements
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in telecom sales or carrier sales management
  • Proven track record of success in sales and customer relationship management
  • Strong understanding of the telecom industry and its trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
