Financial Management:

  • Partner with executive leadership to guarantee departmental and event financial objectives are achieved.

  • Ensure efficient scheduling, address staffing requirements, and cultivate a positive workplace culture.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Supervise daily Show Services operations to maximize resource allocation and scheduling efficiency.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Proactively address and resolve challenges, implementing enhancements to boost operational effectiveness.

Standardization and Process Enhancement:

  • Identify and resolve potential challenges, contributing to process improvements.
  • Establish and enforce policies and procedures to standardize operations and elevate service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in operations and live event management.
  • Demonstrated success in supervising, mentoring, and developing team members.
  • Technical proficiency in audio-visual components such as sound, video, and lighting.
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and client-centric skills.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork capabilities.
