Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Strategist to join our team at Storr Office Environments. As a Corporate Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue and profit growth for our corporate division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Responsibilities:
    • Identify and target key corporate accounts to develop and win business.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to target Commercial Real Estate and A&D firms.
    • Document sales strategies and account plans for each target account.
    • Establish monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue and profit goals.
    • Manage customer expectations and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
    • Establish strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Expectations:
    • Demonstrate initiative by prospecting and closing sales leads.
    • Consistently exceed customer expectations by adding value at each phase of the sale.
    • Provide a consultative approach to selling by understanding customer needs and delivering solutions.
    • Teamwork and cooperation with other departments.
    • Achieve established revenue and profit goals.
    • High level of energy and willingness to work overtime as needed.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of B2B sales and business experience, preferably in a related industry.
  • 25-50% local travel.
  • BSBA degree from an accredited University preferred.
  • Proven organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Proven sales and target marketing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
