We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lines Account Executive to join our team at Alera Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Insurance Solutions: Provide tailored insurance solutions to meet clients' needs, working closely with underwriters, brokers, and carrier reps to negotiate terms and conditions.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, prospect new sales, and develop strategies to drive sales results.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, underwriters, brokers, and carrier reps to ensure seamless execution of insurance programs.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage client information, update activity logs, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of five years prior experience working in an insurance agency or carrier in commercial lines.
  • Licenses: Property and Casualty license required.
  • Skills: Exceptional knowledge of insurance products and plans, exceptional organizational skills, ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities and obligations, excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
