Key Responsibilities
  • Product Support: Provide unparalleled daily support to our surgeon-customers and their staff in the operating room, focusing on products such as Shoulder, Knee, Hip, Hand & Wrist, Foot & Ankle, and Orthobiologics.
  • Product Knowledge: Sustain expert knowledge of our extensive, market-leading product portfolio and current industry trends, requiring a high degree of intensity and commitment to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Training and Education: Demonstrate the proper use and application of Arthrex products and surgical techniques to surgeons and support staff, and communicate with current and new customer accounts regarding product updates, changes to product portfolio, and educational programs.
  • Relationship Building: Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships with all of our customers and teammates, and develop and deliver sales strategies to meet the defined objectives and goals for a specific territory.
  • Event Participation: Assist and participate in HCP-focused lab and training events, and support compliance and act with integrity at all times.
  • Teamwork: Be an extraordinary teammate, accountable, humble, trustworthy, and driven, and believe in our mission of Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least one year of sales experience in orthopedic/medical device sales or competitive B2B sales required, with demonstrated sales success in previous roles.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required.
  • Comfort Level: Must be comfortable in surgery/operating room environments, as our representatives spend a significant amount of time in the OR.
  • Vendor Credentials: Must be able to satisfy the requirements necessary to obtain vendor credentials for the assigned sales area.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
