Job Title: Insurance Services Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team at Nesco Resource. As an Insurance Services Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal partners, clients, and insurance carriers to ensure seamless communication.
  • Utilize COBRA knowledge to resolve complex issues and provide accurate information to customers.
  • Meet individual performance metrics and contribute to team success.
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to COBRA services.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, participants, carriers, and internal partners.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on customer service and billing.
  • Strong knowledge of COBRA regulations and procedures.

Compensation:The salary for this position is $18 per hour. The contract position requires a 3+ month commitment.
