Job Summary

As a Business Development Representative for Trevor Nollner - State Farm Agent, you will play a vital role in growing our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.

We are seeking a highly organized and sales-minded professional to improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

We offer a competitive $45,000 - $60,000 per year salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible schedule and paid time off.

Requirements:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
