We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Growth Specialist to join our team at EMERALDX, Inc. This role will be based out of our Alpharetta, GA office.

The ideal candidate will have success selling B2B event and/or media products in a consultative environment. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and proactively identify resources to maintain industry knowledge; knowledge of the B2B marketing and marketing automation industries are pluses.

This position involves driving revenue for live events and publications by building key relationships with clients, increasing retention rates, and identifying opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling to meet and exceed annual territory goals.

The successful candidate will be a proactive, independent worker with excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively prioritize, multitask, and identify potential challenge areas with limited oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell sponsorships and digital products to meet new business and retention revenue goals.
  • Utilize multiple channels to develop new business pipelines, including existing databases, industry networks, social media, and other industry events.
  • Effectively use Salesforce CRM to monitor growth and performance, including maintaining customer details and creating accurate forecasts.
  • Deliver proposals fitting the needs of the client to secure their business.
  • Attend competitive or industry-related events to stay connected with current clients and prospect for new opportunities.
