Business Development Manager

Novatech Inc., the managed office provider, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Account Executive to join our team in Alpharetta, GA. This role involves engaging with new business opportunities through cold calling and driving leads.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in building relationships and a passion for selling top-tier business technology solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will participate in an 8-week sales development program, gaining in-depth training on Novatech's products, sales model, and internal tools and resources.
Responsibilities include:
- Engaging with new business opportunities through cold calling and driving leads.
- Aiding in the adoption of Novatech's culture of sales excellence, including established sales processes, pipeline management, and forecast accuracy.
- Nurturing local business connections and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Becoming proficient in all Novatech products, services, and solutions offered to clients.
- Establishing relationships with C-level executives within target organizations.
- Collaborating with clients to understand objectives and needs, aligning Novatech's offerings where business opportunities exist.
- Driving sales revenue and market share by managing a defined territory to achieve quota via cold calling and self-generated leads.
The estimated salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, prescription, dental, vision, life insurance, and other supplemental coverage.
