Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an Engineering Tech Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the facility with various projects and initiatives.
- Perform a range of engineering services on designated power plant equipment and materials.
- Provide emergency assistance to the plant as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 20 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong commitment to maintaining safety standards at all times.
- Proven track record of excellent attendance.
Physical and Job Site Requirements:
- Ability to complete onboarding paperwork electronically.
- Capable of lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Must possess the strength and endurance necessary to perform the technical duties outlined.
- Ability to navigate confined spaces and uneven terrain.
- Full range of motion appropriate for the role.
- Capability to climb and maintain balance on ladders.
- Adequate hearing to respond to verbal commands and alarms.
- Visual acuity and depth perception necessary for working at heights and on uneven surfaces.
- Safety footwear is mandatory.
