Key Responsibilities
The Automation Specialist will be instrumental in collaborating with the project manager and team leader to:

  • Identify issues and evaluate solutions to align with project requirements.
  • Design, coordinate, and implement proposed solutions effectively.
  • Utilize the ticketing system to track activities and manage client inquiries.
  • Deliver timely updates to clients and engage in prioritization discussions.
  • Continuously develop technical knowledge through self-directed learning and staying informed about new products and technologies.
  • Master the operation and configuration of new products, understanding their unique features.
  • Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, regulations, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

This position emphasizes not only technical expertise but also the importance of being a key contributor in a team that prioritizes innovation and efficiency.

Candidate Profile
As the ideal candidate for the Automation Specialist role, you are a driven individual with a solid background in automation engineering.

You hold a Master’s degree in industrial automation, electromechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field.

With a minimum of 6 months of practical experience with the DeltaV Emerson DCS System, you are prepared to meet the challenges this position entails.

Your qualifications include:
  • Master’s degree in industrial automation, electromechanical engineering, or electrical engineering.
  • At least 6 months of experience with the DeltaV Emerson DCS System.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Familiarity with collaborative tools (OneNote, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
  • Knowledge of the DeltaV Emerson DCS System.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive attitude towards continuous learning and professional development.
