Key Responsibilities:

  • Innovate and refine manufacturing techniques, tools, and setups
  • Conduct process capability assessments to ensure operational efficiency
  • Offer technical support to maintain seamless process functionality
  • Facilitate training for production staff on processes
  • Contribute process insights for new and revamped products
  • Collaborate with management to resolve process and equipment challenges
  • Ensure accuracy in product routing and timing
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor using Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Oversee long-term capital enhancement projects
  • Develop and support processes within the facility
  • Travel as necessary for project-related tasks

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or an Associate’s Degree with 5 years of relevant experience, or a High School Diploma with 10 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in CAD modeling software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Creo
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
  • Project management experience
  • Background in process development
  • Familiarity with Automation/PLC systems
