Your Role

As a Cloud Infrastructure Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients and their deployed solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating, maintaining, and enhancing Klarrio's internal IT tools to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Assisting our teams with day-to-day IT operational challenges and requirements.
  • Contributing to the development of our cloud-native capabilities, ensuring high availability, security, and performance of business-critical systems.
  • Communicating effectively about any issues to keep our teams informed.
  • Gathering IT requirements to enhance the efficiency of our tools and implementing improvements to our cloud-native solutions.
What We Are Looking For

We seek a dedicated IT tooling engineer who can ensure business continuity and provide essential tools for secure and flexible growth. Your strengths will include:

  • The ability to understand and translate business IT requirements into secure services for stakeholders.
  • A strong desire to learn about emerging cloud-native technologies.
  • A completed degree or equivalent training in IT.
  • Experience in a role related to Cloud Infrastructure support is advantageous.
Technical Skills

Familiarity with the following topics is essential:

  • Backup and restore tools.
  • Monitoring, Logging, and Alerting tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix, or Splunk.
  • Cloud and virtualization technologies, including AWS and VMware.
  • Container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Linux server management and network topology interactions (Firewalls, Routing, VLANs).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Go.
  • A strong affinity for enterprise security practices.
  • Fluency in business English.
