Role: Community Housing Manager
Location: PATH Enterprises
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Employment Type: Full-Time
Classification: Exempt

PATH is looking for dedicated individuals who are passionate about facilitating positive change in the lives of others to join our team as the Community Housing Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Community Housing Manager will oversee all operational aspects of the facility, including:

  • Managing tenant relations and occupancy.
  • Conducting interviews with potential residents and facilitating their transition into the community.
  • Developing emergency response plans.
  • Fostering strong communication with tenants and building community relationships.
  • Coordinating service delivery and operational policies.
  • Maintaining accurate records and preparing for audits.
  • Managing supply purchases with supervisor approval.
  • Reviewing invoices and ensuring timely submissions.
  • Ensuring the property is well-maintained.
  • Implementing preventative maintenance strategies.
  • Participating in community events and planning activities.
  • Monitoring the financial health of the property and preparing budgets.
  • Enforcing community guidelines and managing tenant compliance.
  • Upholding local regulations and standards.
  • Demonstrating a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of service delivery.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

PREFERRED EDUCATION
A bachelor's degree in social work, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a minimum of two years of management experience in affordable or supportive housing.

MANDATORY CRITERIA
All candidates must:

  • Provide proof of employment eligibility.
  • Be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
  • Complete necessary background checks and health screenings.

EMPLOYMENT ELIGIBILITY
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor employment visas.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT
All work must be conducted within the state, and remote work is subject to approval.
