About the Role:
The Community Operations Leader serves as a vital support to the General Manager, ensuring the seamless daily functioning of our upscale residential community, which features both furnished and unfurnished apartments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and optimize the schedules of the Housekeeping and Resident Services teams to guarantee operational effectiveness and resident satisfaction.
- Actively participate in the recruitment of new Housekeeping and part-time Resident Services personnel.
- Provide exceptional service to residents by addressing their inquiries and guiding them through their stay experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to assist in conducting property tours and preparing for promotional events as required.
- Become proficient in property management software such as Yardi and Oscar, ensuring daily operational tasks are executed, including managing reservations and resident communications.
- Conduct pre-arrival suite inspections to ensure compliance with brand standards and coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance teams as necessary.
- Manage resident arrivals, ensuring all arrangements such as special requests and welcome kits are meticulously prepared.
- Take responsibility for the maintenance of community amenities throughout the day.
- Work closely with the Key Strategic Accounts team to enhance VIP guest experiences.
- Assist in organizing and executing community social events.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3-5 years in a customer-facing operational role is required.
- Experience in hospitality, travel, relocation, corporate housing, or multifamily sectors is highly desirable.
- Previous exposure to a lease-up environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with industry software such as Yardi, Voyager, PAYScan, and Oscar is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy is essential.
- Excellent customer service and organizational capabilities are a must.
- Superior time management and prioritization skills are required.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $80,000-$95,000 annually. Individual compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, education, and location. Additional bonus potential may be available based on performance.
