Role OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned communications professional to enhance our Global Communications team. The successful candidate will possess a strong aptitude for storytelling and the ability to develop engaging narratives that resonate with our audience.
In this role, you will act as a key advisor to the Chief Marketing Officer and the Marketing Leadership team, crafting comprehensive communication strategies that promote our brand and key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead executive communications for the Chief Marketing Officer and the Marketing Leadership team, developing strategic communication plans that reflect their vision and leadership.
- Create and implement integrated communication strategies that align with the Marketing organization's objectives and transformation initiatives.
- Design and execute visibility programs that translate complex ideas into compelling stories and frameworks.
- Produce high-quality executive materials, including speeches, scripts, and social media content.
- Prepare executives for public engagements through rehearsals and strategic planning.
- Coordinate events, such as Town Halls, ensuring effective communication across various formats.
- Manage change communications across departments to support organizational transformation.
- Develop programs that celebrate employee achievements and promote our cultural values.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, or a related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in global communications, with a focus on digital engagement.
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership on communication strategies and engagement opportunities.
- Strong storytelling skills with a creative approach to business communication.
- Exceptional project management capabilities and the ability to navigate a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in leading marketing transformation initiatives is highly desirable.
