Your Role

As a pivotal member of the Corporate Responsibility team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our environmental, social, and governance initiatives aimed at creating a safer digital future. In the capacity of Senior Manager, Community and Giving, you will lead the development of a comprehensive corporate giving strategy, implementing programs that engage employees and benefit the wider community.

Your Contributions
  • Strategic Development: Formulate, execute, and assess a comprehensive strategy that aligns our philanthropic initiatives with the vision and mission of Palo Alto Networks on a global scale.
  • Employee Engagement: Inspire and mobilize our workforce to support community causes through various giving programs, including volunteer opportunities and matching contributions.
  • Community Integration: Collaborate with global teams to incorporate group volunteer activities into team-building and community-building efforts.
  • Oversight of Philanthropic Activities: Manage nonprofit sponsorships and charitable contributions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Platform Management: Oversee the employee giving platform, generating engagement reports as necessary.
  • Internal Advocacy: Act as a champion for giving initiatives, addressing employee inquiries and promoting participation.
  • Diversity and Inclusion: Contribute to corporate responsibility initiatives focused on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Community Representation
  • Partnership Development: Build and maintain trusted relationships with key nonprofit organizations.
  • Grantmaking Strategy: Develop a theory of change for our grantmaking portfolio and implement a multi-year plan to drive impactful outcomes.
  • Grant Management: Oversee the execution and reporting of grants through established funding mechanisms.
