Job Summary

The Senior Vice President of Operations will provide strategic leadership and direction for the Health Services and Senior Care delivery system. This role is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to achieve high-quality, affordable, and integrated health services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of operations leaders to achieve strategic objectives and operating plans.
  • Develop and implement budget responsibilities, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Collaborate with Health Services leadership to support clinics and departments in achieving division goals and objectives.
  • Supervise clinic operations leaders and work with physician leadership and corporate support services to deliver services effectively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Nursing, Health Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in ambulatory care management, overseeing multiple office locations.
  • Experience in financial management, program development, personnel management, project management, and quality management.
  • Demonstrated results in executing complex initiatives and projects.
  • Experience in Senior Care or Senior Medical Group preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
  • $186,268.16 - $232,835.20 annually.
