Key Responsibilities:
- Program Activation and Engagement: Drive the implementation of new initiatives, ensuring high levels of engagement and participation across various systems and programs.
- Transformation Leadership: Spearhead transformation projects, facilitating the development of new programs tailored to meet organizational needs.
- Management of Centralized Programs: Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain centralized programs, conducting financial analyses and managing communication with venues.
- Shared Services Strategy: Explore opportunities for shared services, developing business cases and return on investment analyses to enhance operational efficiency.
- Growth and Integration: Support contract renewals, new business ventures, and venue transitions, leading the business services team in integration efforts.
- Talent Development: Oversee the recruitment and development of talent within the business services team, engaging in succession planning and strategic discussions with executive leadership.
Supervisory Responsibilities: Responsible for the management of team members, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and conflict resolution in alignment with company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- 5-7 years of progressive experience in project management, with a minimum of three years in a leadership role within a multi-unit business environment.
- Experience in sectors such as sports, entertainment, or venue management is preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
- High energy and a strong desire to learn and innovate.
- Proven track record of achieving results and influencing cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present to various levels of management.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Willingness to travel as required.
