About This Opportunity

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to lead our expansion efforts in the Brazil market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strategic relationships with top-tier clients.

Job Summary

This is a full-time position that requires a strong understanding of the Brazilian market and a proven track record of success in sales. You will be working closely with our corporate sales engineers, channel account managers, and sales development teams to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients while collaborating with internal stakeholders (Customer Success, Managed Services, etc.)
  • Manage the contract renewal cycle from initial meetings through negotiation, contract changes, and signature, ensuring customers renew at escalated ARR rates
  • Achieve a quota of new sales growth within the customer base
  • Be a customer advocate, driving relationships with key customers and creating new champions
  • Identify whitespace in accounts and create value-based presentations to promote upgrades and cross-sells
  • Consult with existing customers to recommend additional solutions from the CrowdStrike portfolio, increasing ingestion
  • Develop and execute account strategies and plans to maximize account growth
  • Provide high-touch customer service, including escalation and coordination of support issues as needed
  • Deliver feedback to Product Management on new feature requests and product enhancements from the customer base
Requirements:
  • Fluent in Portuguese in written and verbal communication
  • 2+ years of full sales cycle experience, generating net new business for a SaaS, Cloud, and/or Security solution
  • Experience with a consultative sales process and ability to sell complex multi-product architectures to mid/enterprise organizations
  • Fearlessness to sell into C-level executives and/or evaluator-level engineers
  • Ability to execute a go-to-market strategy and prospect into accounts using lead generation tools, SFDC, research, cold calling, and more
  • Previous experience strategizing with Channel Partners, including Resellers and Managed Service Providers
  • Track record of exceeding expectations in individually focused, quota-carrying roles
  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn new business and technical concepts quickly
  • Competitive nature but also a collaborative team player
  • Strong presentation skills, both in-person and via virtual channels
  • A go-getter who sets sights above and beyond to blow out established targets and quotas
