Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to join our team at Stockell Consulting. This is a crucial role that will support the needs of our site production operations, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement and expense management
  • Clerical activities for site daily operation
  • Organizing site meetings and communications
  • Inventory management
  • Assisting with onboarding and offboarding employees
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. They will be responsible for partnering with various levels of the organization to drive strategic and operational effectiveness.

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Supporting operations in delegated areas of expertise
  • Building cross-functional relationships to collaborate with the business
  • Independently prioritizing key tasks and responsibilities
  • Identifying communication needs and driving strategic and operational efficiencies
  • Partnering with key stakeholders to define business issues and opportunities
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25 or a salary of $41,000 per year, plus PTO and benefits. This is a 6-month contract with potential for hire or extension.
