Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement activities, ensuring timely payments to vendors and supporting site expense management initiatives.

  • Independently prioritize critical tasks and responsibilities, taking into account the seasonal nature of the business.
  • Identify and communicate organizational needs to relevant stakeholders, including peers and leadership, to enhance strategic and operational efficiencies.
  • Contribute to the formulation of strategies and plans that translate into actionable production initiatives.
  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders to identify issues and opportunities, focusing on significant spending areas and avenues for continuous improvement.
  • Recognize and implement cost-saving measures by capturing and reporting data across the production network.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree coupled with a minimum of 3 years of administrative experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and a willingness to learn about agricultural operations.
  • Customer-centric mindset.
  • Aptitude for quickly analyzing and connecting data.
  • Capability to convey complex analytical insights in a clear and actionable manner.
