About the Role

As a key member of the Eclipse Solutions team, you will be responsible for implementing and coordinating development projects in a multi-project environment.

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and milestone plans in collaboration with project managers and design departments.
  • Coordinate and track development projects, ensuring timely completion and effective resource allocation.
  • Forecast resource needs and plan available internal and required external capacities to meet project demands.
  • Collect and track master data, working closely with specialist departments to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Identify and present resource bottlenecks, developing planning scenarios to optimize project outcomes.
  • Generate target/actual comparisons and provide regular reports to development management and project/resource managers.
  • Collaborate with other Eclipse Solutions teams to develop and implement scheduling and resource planning best practices.
About You

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team.

  • Completed degree in industrial engineering, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project planning and coordination of development projects in mechanical engineering.
  • Certification in project management (e.g. PMI, IPMA) is a plus.
  • Experience in implementing scheduling and resource planning in a development department is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of MS Project is an asset.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A structured work style and ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary environment.
