KRS Holdings Inc, a reputable and service-driven property management firm, is seeking a dedicated full-time Assistant Community Manager for our tax credit property.

Position Summary:

In the role of Assistant Community/Property Manager, your meticulous attention to detail and ability to engage with residents will be vital in delivering outstanding service to our community.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Leasing Support: Aid potential residents through the leasing journey, including apartment viewings and lease coordination.
  • Record Management: Keep organized documentation for the property, ensuring adherence to established guidelines.
  • Rent Management: Facilitate prompt and accurate rent collection while addressing tenant inquiries effectively.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Oversee and follow up on maintenance requests from residents, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional service, addressing resident issues with professionalism and respect.
  • Administrative Duties: Assist with data entry, reporting, and managing documents.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in property management, particularly with tax credit/LIHTC properties is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with tax credit properties and compliance regulations is necessary.
  • Proficiency in property management software is required.
  • Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are advantageous but not mandatory.
