Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Marketing: Execute all leasing functions, including responding to inquiries, conducting property tours, and managing move-in logistics.
  • Perform competitive market analysis and recommend effective marketing strategies.
  • Develop and oversee referral programs and promotional materials to boost resident engagement.
  • Initiate outreach initiatives aimed at increasing traffic and conversion rates.
  • Participate in regular marketing strategy meetings and maintain high standards in customer interactions.

Administrative Duties:

  • Conduct inspections with new residents and ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
  • Assist in tracking lease renewals and expirations, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Process application fees and other financial transactions with precision.
  • Maintain organized records and data entry in compliance with company standards.
  • Ensure adherence to Fair Housing laws and local regulations.

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Support resident events and maintain property aesthetics through regular inspections.
  • Monitor service requests to ensure timely completion and uphold community standards.
  • Exhibit professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with residents and prospects.
  • Be available for community events and maintain a presence during weekends.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred.
  • Minimum of one year in customer service or sales, or relevant educational background.
  • Real estate license required within a specified timeframe for certain states.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and possess strong communication skills.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks related to property management.
  • Valid driver's license required.

Compensation: Hourly wage of $18/hr.

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
