Position Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Leasing Consultant. This role is pivotal in promoting our properties, ensuring resident satisfaction, and driving leasing success. Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the leasing of apartment units to potential residents.
  • Respond to inquiries from prospective residents via phone and email, encouraging visits to our community.
  • Conduct meetings with potential residents to assess their needs and utilize effective sales techniques to finalize lease agreements.
  • Design and execute a strategic marketing plan to meet community objectives.
  • Engage in outreach marketing efforts to maintain optimal traffic levels.
  • Showcase apartments and community amenities to prospective residents.
  • Gather necessary information from prospects to initiate the application process, ensuring accurate data entry.
  • Communicate approval or disapproval decisions to prospects, assisting them with lease applications and coordinating move-in logistics.
  • Maintain organized resident files, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
  • Reach out to residents with expiring leases to discuss renewal options.
  • Address resident service requests promptly and efficiently, fostering positive resident relations.
  • Answer incoming calls and greet visitors professionally.
  • Prepare reports and compile data as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as required in alignment with company interests.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in retail, restaurant, or multifamily leasing is essential; multifamily leasing experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Entrata software is advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to learn specialized software.
  • Proficiency in employing sales techniques to persuade prospective residents.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Knowledge of industry legal requirements, particularly related to Fair Housing Laws.
  • Willingness to travel for training and marketing activities.
