Job Summary:

As a Casino Cocktail Server, you will be responsible for delivering prompt, friendly, and professional beverage service to all guests. Your role is crucial in creating an enjoyable atmosphere for patrons while efficiently taking and serving drink orders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Embrace the core values and mission of Caesars Entertainment.
  • Work within a designated area, adhering to established routes.
  • Accurately take beverage orders from guests with a pleasant demeanor.
  • Ensure quick service (20 minutes or less) while managing full trays during each round.
  • Familiarize yourself with the beverage menu and pricing.
  • Organize and present beverage orders and payments to the bartender.
  • Deliver beverages and process payments for guests efficiently.
  • Engage in 'server banking' for alcohol sales.
  • Participate in special events and concerts as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness of your workstation and serving tray.
  • Provide information about the casino's facilities, services, and promotions.
  • Encourage participation in Caesars Rewards.
  • Exhibit a friendly and upbeat attitude towards customers and colleagues.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and needs.
  • Build rapport with guests in your assigned area.
  • Learn guest names and preferences to enhance service.
  • Implement service recovery strategies when necessary.
  • Keep the work area tidy by picking up trash and glasses.
  • Adhere to department standards for service timing.
  • Minimize errors in service.
  • Seek feedback to improve service quality.
  • Handle cash register/POS transactions accurately.
  • Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene when necessary.
  • Follow all relevant liquor laws and regulations.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures in an ethical manner.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred.
  • CARE certification is a plus.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Attention to detail and observant nature.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and professionalism.
  • Neat appearance and good personal hygiene.
  • Ability to handle cash and charge transactions.
  • Familiarity with tray service is beneficial.
Physical and Environmental Requirements:
  • Must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodations.
  • Ability to respond to visual and auditory cues.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
  • Capable of working in mentally and physically demanding situations.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly.
