Job Summary:

As a Casino Cocktail Server, you will be responsible for delivering prompt, friendly, and professional beverage service to our guests. Your role is essential in creating an enjoyable atmosphere for all patrons.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Uphold the business goals, ethics, and values of Caesars Entertainment, adhering to the Code of Commitment and Mission, Vision, and Values.
  • Work within a designated area, following established routes and maps.
  • Accurately and courteously take beverage orders from guests.
  • Ensure rapid service (20 minutes or less) while maintaining a friendly demeanor; carry full trays during each round.
  • Familiarize yourself with the beverage menu and pricing.
  • Organize and present beverage orders and payments to the bartender efficiently.
  • Deliver beverages and process payments for guests.
  • Utilize server banking for alcohol sales transactions.
  • Participate in special events and concerts as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness of your workstation and serving tray at all times.
  • Provide information about the casino's facilities, services, and promotions.
  • Encourage participation in Caesars Rewards.
  • Deliver exceptional service to customers consistently.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude in all interactions with guests and colleagues.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and needs.
  • Foster relationships with guests in your assigned area.
  • Learn and remember guests' names and preferences.
  • Implement service recovery techniques when necessary.
  • Keep the work area tidy by picking up trash and glasses.
  • Adhere to department standards for service time and accuracy.
  • Minimize errors in service.
  • Seek feedback and coaching to enhance performance.
  • Operate a cash register/POS system accurately, ensuring proper transactions and accountability for all sales.
  • Monitor guest alcohol consumption and intervene as necessary according to guidelines.
  • Follow EBCI liquor laws and company policies ethically.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Preferred: Six months of prior customer service experience.
  • CARE certification is a plus.
  • Essential skills include:
