Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Mentor Sales Consultants: Optimize performance and achieve departmental metrics and objectives related to customer interactions, appointment setting, showings, and conversions.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers: Maximize advertising ROI and enhance customer engagement to drive business growth.
  • Uphold Superior Customer Service Standards: Efficiently handle incoming leads and provide prompt and informative responses to product and service inquiries.
  • Drive Departmental Success: Leverage two years of Automotive Management experience to drive departmental success and contribute to the achievement of the Business Development Center's sales targets.
