About the Role

Chastang Enterprises is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Business Development Center (BDC) and Internet Sales Department as a BDC/Internet Director. Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Lead and mentor a team of BDC Consultants to optimize their performance and achieve departmental metrics and objectives.
  • Collaboration and Strategy: Collaborate with Sales Managers to maximize advertising ROI and enhance customer engagement, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
  • Customer Service and Support: Uphold superior customer service standards while efficiently handling incoming leads, providing prompt and informative responses to product and service inquiries.
  • Departmental Success: Leverage two years of Automotive Management experience to drive departmental success, generating and analyzing metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Job Requirements: Proficiency in CRM management, skillful in objection handling and identifying sales opportunities, comprehensive understanding of retail and lease deal structures, ability to maintain daily quotas for appointments, showings, and outbound calls, and exceptional telephone communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
Responsibilities Include
  • Customer Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with potential customers via phone and Internet channels, providing a consultative approach to educate customers on vehicle options and additional offerings.
  • Departmental Operations: Oversee daily operations of the Internet Sales Department, ensuring adherence to manufacturer requirements for lead management and website design.
  • Performance Metrics: Generate and analyze metrics to evaluate departmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive success.
