Director of Internet Sales and Customer Engagement

Chastang Enterprises is seeking a seasoned Director of Internet Sales and Customer Engagement to lead our dynamic Client Care Department in Houston, Texas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving departmental success and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and Mentor BDC Consultants: Foster a high-performing team of BDC Consultants, providing guidance and support to optimize their performance and achieve departmental metrics.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers: Work closely with Sales Managers to maximize advertising ROI and enhance customer engagement, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Uphold Superior Customer Service Standards: Efficiently handle incoming leads, providing prompt and informative responses to product and service inquiries.
- Drive Departmental Success: Leverage two years of Automotive Management experience to drive departmental success, generating and analyzing metrics to evaluate performance.
