Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and Mentor BDC Consultants: Foster a high-performing team of BDC Consultants, providing guidance and support to optimize their performance and achieve departmental metrics.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers: Work closely with Sales Managers to maximize advertising ROI and enhance customer engagement, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Uphold Superior Customer Service Standards: Efficiently handle incoming leads, providing prompt and informative responses to product and service inquiries.
  • Drive Departmental Success: Leverage two years of Automotive Management experience to drive departmental success, generating and analyzing metrics to evaluate performance.

Requirements
  • Proficiency in CRM Management: Demonstrate expertise in CRM management, with a comprehensive understanding of retail and lease deal structures.
