Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to join our team at Goode Company Restaurants. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating new business opportunities and fostering long-term growth through existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Maintain and expand current client relationships
  • Work cross-functionally with our eCommerce and Events and Catering Teams to finalize sales and develop innovative solutions for clients
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and individuals interested in hosting private events, catering services, or eCommerce products
  • Utilize various sales techniques, including cold calling, networking, and referrals, to generate leads and close sales
  • Assist in training sales personnel on selling techniques and best practices
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret sales data and identify trends
  • Self-motivated and proactive in seeking out new opportunities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • CRM experience is a plus
