We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director to join our team at Goode Company Restaurants. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating new business opportunities and fostering long-term growth through existing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Maintain and expand current client relationships
- Work cross-functionally with our eCommerce and Events and Catering Teams to finalize sales and develop innovative solutions for clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and individuals interested in hosting private events, catering services, or eCommerce products
- Utilize various sales techniques, including cold calling, networking, and referrals, to generate leads and close sales
- Assist in training sales personnel on selling techniques and best practices
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status
- 5 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret sales data and identify trends
- Self-motivated and proactive in seeking out new opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- CRM experience is a plus
