Position Overview

Keke's Breakfast Cafe - Four Fathers is seeking a dedicated Guest Services Coordinator to join our team.


POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Guest Services Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment they arrive. Your role will involve managing the seating process efficiently while catering to the preferences of our patrons.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Greet all guests with warmth and hospitality upon their arrival.
  • Welcome guests entering the establishment whenever possible.
  • In instances of high volume, document guest names, party sizes, and provide wait time estimates.
  • Notify guests when their tables are ready, expressing gratitude for their patience.
  • Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and necessary dining essentials.
  • Accommodate any special seating requests to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Balance seating assignments to optimize service flow.
  • Inform guests of their assigned server upon seating.
  • Express appreciation to guests as they depart and encourage their return.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the host area, including floors and entrance glass.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • No prior experience in the restaurant industry is necessary.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours).
  • Effective communication skills in the primary language(s) of our guests.
  • Exemplary personal grooming standards.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Availability from early morning to late afternoon every day, including holidays.
  • Full-time candidates should consider this role as their main employment.
  • All staff must wear dark blue jeans with a black belt and black non-slip footwear on their first day.
  • No visible tattoos should be present when wearing a short-sleeve uniform.
