Altium Limited is a leading provider of digital platforms for electronics design and manufacturing. We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mid-Market Sales Representative to join our team in Frisco, TX.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-paced and dynamic sales team that drives growth and innovation in the electronics industry. As a Mid-Market Sales Representative, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding our footprint in existing accounts. You will work closely with our customers to understand their strategic growth plans, technology footprint, and competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive growth by exceeding sales targets and acquiring new customers
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to maximize new product revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts and net new customer accounts
  • Think outside the box to cultivate awareness of the Altium vision and execute targeted campaigns for your territory
  • Understand each customer's strategic growth plans, technology footprint, and competitive landscape
  • Review public information to remain updated on key industry trends and issues impacting the prospect
  • Advance and close sales opportunities through successfully executing the sales strategy and roadmap
  • Execute new business revenue goals for the organization while closely working with our CSM and support organizations to ensure effective adoption
Requirements
  • 4+ years of quota-carrying, technology solution-based direct sales experience
  • Strong sales strategy skills and demonstrated experience prospecting and bringing in new business
  • Experience and success selling various software solutions across all lines of business
  • Demonstrated experience in keeping accurate forecasts of your territory monthly/quarterly/annually, utilizing sales tools and analytics to target customers with higher propensity to buy, and creating strategies that maximize success
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively collaborate with adjacent teams and enable the 'scale up' process

  • Competitive salary range of $165,000-$170,000 OTE
