Job SummaryThe Mid-Market Sales Manager will lead a team of inside sales representatives to meet all Altium business objectives and market growth plans. This role requires a self-directed, resourceful, and highly driven professional with a proven track record of using sales systems to exceed targets.
The ideal candidate will have a college degree or relevant experience, with five or more years of sales leadership experience. They will be able to operate in a high-volume transactional sales model, with expertise in Salesforce and data systems. A history of directly leading sales teams, raising their impact and influence through a collaborative approach, is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of inside sales representatives to meet all Altium business objectives and market growth plans.
- Fully leverage data-driven systems and processes in pursuit of these goals.
- Drive Altium Subscription and Altium 365 by helping customers discover the full value of long-term subscription commitments, auto renewals, permanent customers, and Altium brand loyalty.
- Provide detailed, accurate weekly forecasts to senior management; analyze sales to take corrective action when needed.
- Optimize regional and territory-based goals as part of the company sales plan.
- Develop automated systems and processes that provide easy access to additional Altium products and services in collaboration with senior sales management.
- Recruit and develop a motivated, results-oriented sales team, and provide the coaching and training to support their success and retention.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of competitive products and services.
- Build influential, productive relationships with Marketing, Sales Ops, Business Intel, and other internal teams to develop and achieve company targets.
Altium offers a competitive salary range of $160,000-$200,000 OTE, based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate and role requirements.
