Job Overview

As a successful State Farm Agent, we are seeking a qualified professional to join our winning team as an Inside Sales Representative. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to help our business grow through value-based conversations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Utilize a customer-focused approach to educate customers about insurance options and develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Collaborate with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, driving business growth and revenue.

Requirements
  • Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing
  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and listening
  • People-oriented and self-motivated individual
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers and achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals
  • Property and Casualty license (currently held) and Life and Health license (obtainable)

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm.
