About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the SMB market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound leads and qualify potential customers
  • Manage and cleanse data in our CRM system
  • Research and follow up with leads to understand their needs and interests
  • Collaborate with our Telesales and Field Sales teams to assign leads and provide feedback
  • Provide insights and recommendations to our Marketing team to improve lead quality and performance
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Less than 2 years of call center or sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
