We are seeking a Customer Success Manager with a robust background in analytics and business intelligence to enhance our customer engagement.

This position is vital for ensuring that our clients fully leverage the value of our platform, with a direct emphasis on enhancing Net Dollar Retention (NDR) through effective account management and growth strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders within our client organizations, focusing on high-value accounts.


Analytics Proficiency:

Utilize your extensive knowledge of analytics and business intelligence to assist clients in optimizing their use of Sigma Computing's platform. Aid them in comprehending their data and deriving actionable insights.


NDR Enhancement:
Formulate and execute strategies aimed at maximizing NDR. This involves identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, as well as minimizing churn through proactive engagement and solution-oriented support.
Customer Representation:
Act as the liaison between our clients and our product development team. Advocate for features, enhancements, and integrations that will elevate customer satisfaction and retention.
Success Planning:

Collaborate with clients to create and implement success plans that align Sigma Computing's offerings with the client's business objectives.


Training Initiatives:

Develop and conduct training sessions, webinars, and workshops to enhance product knowledge, adoption, and engagement among our user community.


Required Skills / Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a consultative role within the SaaS, analytics, or business intelligence sectors.

Strong analytical capabilities with a proven track record of solving complex problems using data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building trust and fostering engagement.
Demonstrated ability to manage and expand customer accounts, specifically focusing on net dollar retention.
Familiarity with SQL, data visualization tools, and cloud-based analytics platforms is highly preferred (Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery).
ETL experience.
Experience in implementing production business intelligence solutions.
Experience in startup environments.

Additional Job Details:
The base salary range for this position is $110k - $135k annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on various factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.

Base pay is one component of the Total Package that is provided to recognize and reward employees for their contributions at Sigma Computing.

This role is eligible for variable pay (based on goal achievement), stock options, and a comprehensive benefits package.
