Key Responsibilities- Customer Partnership: Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with our enterprise customers, understanding their business goals and objectives, and identifying opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
- Adoption and Engagement: Collaborate with customers to ensure successful adoption and engagement with our platform, providing training and support as needed to drive user adoption and retention.
- Value Realization: Work closely with customers to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive value realization from their investment in Clari.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment on customer goals and objectives.
- Problem-Solving and Escalation: Proactively identify and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to internal teams as needed to ensure timely and effective resolution.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Customer Success roles, with a proven track record of driving customer adoption, engagement, and retention.
- Experience with Salesforce and Revenue Operations is required, with a strong understanding of the sales and revenue processes.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Aptitude for learning software and staying current on industry best practices, with a strong understanding of the Clari platform and its applications.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of ownership, dedication, and passion for helping customers realize maximum value.
