About the Position
As a Senior Client Success Manager, you will collaborate with elite hospitality organizations worldwide.

Your role is vital:

you will guarantee the successful implementation of strategic projects, nurture robust relationships with key decision-makers, and broaden the adoption of Canary's solutions within our enterprise clientele.

You will partner closely with our executive leadership and various departments, playing a significant role in guiding Canary's strategic initiatives.

Your contributions will be recognized at the highest organizational levels, offering a unique chance to influence the evolution of hospitality technology.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership in Enterprise Implementations:
Act as the primary coordinator for enterprise project rollouts, managing all stages from initial planning to successful execution.

Build Strong Client Relationships:
Establish and sustain strong connections with client executives, positioning Canary as a reliable partner.

Conduct In-Depth Business Evaluations:
Regularly assess client requirements through comprehensive business evaluations, addressing issues and identifying growth opportunities.

Enhance Product Adoption:

Investigate and implement strategies for increased utilization of Canary products through targeted upselling and cross-selling within the current client base.


Encourage Client Advocacy:
Transform satisfied customers into enthusiastic advocates, showcasing the success stories of Canary Technologies' contributions.
Qualifications
BA/BS with 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Client Success, ideally within the hotel technology sector.
Proven ability to lead, manage, and deliver large-scale initiatives on time.
Exceptional communication skills for both client-facing and internal interactions, with the capability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
