Overview of the Position

In the role of Senior Customer Success Manager for Enterprises, you will collaborate with some of the most esteemed hospitality organizations globally.

Your contribution is vital: you will guarantee the effective implementation of strategic initiatives, nurture robust relationships with essential stakeholders, and broaden the reach of Canary's offerings within our enterprise clientele. You will partner closely with our executive leadership and various departments across the organization, playing a pivotal role in guiding Canary's strategic vision. Your influence will be recognized at the highest tiers of our company, presenting a distinctive opportunity to shape the evolution of hospitality technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership in Enterprise Implementations: Act as the principal coordinator for enterprise project implementations, managing all stages from initial planning to successful execution.
  • Build Strong Stakeholder Relationships: Establish and sustain solid connections with client executives, positioning Canary as a reliable collaborator.
  • Conduct In-Depth Business Evaluations: Regularly assess customer requirements through comprehensive business evaluations, addressing issues and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Enhance Product Adoption: Investigate and capitalize on opportunities for increased utilization of Canary products through strategic upselling and cross-selling within the current customer base.
  • Encourage Customer Advocacy: Convert satisfied clients into enthusiastic advocates, showcasing the success stories of Canary Technologies' contributions.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, ideally within the hotel technology sector.
  • Proven track record of leading, managing, and delivering large-scale projects on time.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both client-facing and internal, with the ability to engage effectively with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a proactive approach to achieving results.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is advantageous, though not mandatory.
